چکیده
Tuberous Sclerosis is a genetic condition characterized with multiple non-cancerous tumor growths throughout the body. While arrhythmias are commonly seen in these patients, predominance of appear to be irregular atrial and ventricular ectopy as most common manifestation. In our case we describe patient both organized ( typical flutter, atypical flutter ) monomorphic tachycardia. A pleasant 22 year old female pertinent medical history tubers present heart brain presented electrophysiology clinic for evaluation regarding palpitations. The had known prior ablation twice before recurrence despite long term anti-arrhythmic therapy flecainide. Implantation an implantable loop recorder revealed evidence likely well During study, was succesfully induced ablated. No could induced. addition intracardiac echocardiography presence rhabdomyomas cavo-tricuspid isthmus right side interventricular septum. NA Ablation across CTI posterior line from SVC IVC resulted tachycardia termination no further induction bidirectional block. Arrhythmias manifestation Sclerosis. Our highlights arrhythmogenic nature that can atrium ventricle. There scarcity data available overall burden this population. unique they arrhythmias. mechanism arrhythmia unclear it not able induced, however, appeared macro-reentrant. some histopathologic studies have suggested macro-renetrant circuits population, large scale would helpful help characterize

متن کاملThe effects of curcumin on the prevention of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias and heart failure in patients with unstable angina: A randomized clinical trial
Objective: Inflammation along with oxidative stress has an important role in the pathophysiology of unstable angina which leads to acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias and eventually heart failure. Curcumin has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects and thereby, it may reduce cardiovascular complications. This randomized controlled trial aimed to investigate the effects of curcumin on t...
